Our history
When it comes to pizza, there is something for everyone. Something traditional, something new, something for the picky, something for the adventurous. It is something that brings people together and just makes you a little happier. With an exposed wood-burning oven, you are able to see the magic happen right before your eyes.
Our family started County Line Wood-Fired Pizza as a food truck in 2021, with the goal of sharing our love of food with everyone around us. In 2023, we were lucky enough to happen across the old State Bank of Shelton building, which had been left unoccupied for several years. With much prayer and grit determination, we transformed the building into our current brick and mortar restaurant where we have been able to expand our menu to include tapas (small plates). Placing the wood-fired oven right in the main dining room, guests are able to watch as our pizza gurus stretch the housemade neopolitan-style dough by hand and cook it fresh to order.
Serving hungry diners near and far, we aim to always keep our dishes fresh and unique.
